Sharma, an active presence on social media, saw an opportunity to promote Paytm's Soundbox feature, which audibly announces each transaction. He boasted, "Only Paytm Soundbox solves the problem for many offline scams!"
Kumar, in his response, promised an upcoming software upgrade to disable gallery access unless necessary for sellers.

The device in the video was branded as Razorpay, adding a layer of complexity to the situation. Netizens had a field day with the controversy, with some commending Kumar for his proactive approach and others criticizing the driver's language and behavior.
However, many commenters offered a different perspective, explaining that parking authorities often hire contractors to collect charges, and these individuals may use their own QR codes. They argued that the transaction would only be considered a scam if the attendant failed to provide a receipt.
